I provide counselling and psychotherapy services to both adolescents and adults via face-to-face in clinic sessions, telehealth or at outreach appointments. I offer tailored support for people who are feeling overwhelmed or isolated and can help them navigate difficult periods in their life or overcome challenging or upsetting experiences. My main areas of interest include perinatal and infant mental health, adolescent mental health, parenting and family wellbeing and trauma recovery. I offer personalised and ongoing support for:

• Stress, anxiety or fatigue (feeling tired all the time or having difficulty with sleep)

• Adjusting to change or significant life transitions

• Low confidence, motivation or sense of purpose

• Intrusive and upsetting thoughts or memories

• Frequent and intense difficult emotions (sadness, fear, anger, resentment or shame)

• Alcohol or drug use, self-harm or other behaviours to manage pain and distress

• Fear of being alone, abandoned or rejected by others

• Relationship, intimacy or sexual difficulties
